Entry Tickets

Come and visit New Zealand's National Aquarium and get up close and personal to our wide range of saltwater, freshwater and land animal exhibits from Aotearoa and around the world.

General Admission tickets are valid for 14 days from the date of purchase, and are non-refundable. From Friday December 3rd all visitors over 12 years to the National Aquarium are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Please ensure you have your My Vaccine Pass ready for staff to scan on arrival.

Bookings

Get up close and personal with our world-famous Little Penguins in person or through a Zoom encounter, or book a themed birthday party for your little ocean explorers!

Minimum age 6 years. Children must be accompanied by a paying adult. Due to proximity of staff to visitors, please note that while we are operating under the Covid Protection Framework all Little Penguin encounter participants including children under 12 years, will be required to wear a mask and if over 12 be able to show a valid My Vaccine Pass. We are unable to provide a refund should these conditions not be met.
